Most likely those are duplicated players of Rostow, Sapid Wien and Rangers since you importing these teams with v. 3.1. The amount depends on how many new players the creator of the team has created in created players section so i dont know mate :-/ But if you simply sort them by player...

It depends on how much accuracy you want. If you install another OF and load your ML player names, club emblems and league logo's will be changed but stats of the players will stay the same. I would suggest starting a new ML after all fake teams are sorted out. Some players from e.g. FK...
