I don't know m8, It seems physical stats like Power increase slower than Pes 2011, for example If I started with Body balance 68 in Pes 2011 and if I skipped all matches I would end up with 99 if I trained all blocks in POWER, in 2012 I started with 68 and end up with 93, maybe stamina the same...

It take me maybe 30 restarts to get that overall, best of luck to you

I don't think there is a specific way to gain a new ability. I was playing and at 20 years old my AGENT said I gained a new ability, some people online told me you gain more abilities when you're getting older and after 30 years old you gain a lot of them, I'll wait to see. Cheers
