I disagree, although I have yet to play this years FIFA I am basing my opinion on FIFA 12. PES 2013 beats FIFA 12 gameplay hands down and from what I have read about FIFA 13 it seems to be an updated version of 12 with some minor tweaks.

Pes this year is tremendous, manual shooting is terrific and combined with manual passing, makes for some fantastic realistic gameplay. Online gaming is nothing special though but dont let FIFA fool you either go have a look at forums around for all the sales and the plaudits fifa gets players...

u need to update to the latest version of the game. Go to: information on the main menu - then there is an option to update data pack or something. once you have installed the latest version of the game then the option file will work.
