There are two files mate. The first one is patch version 1.1 which contains the kits, emblems, league name, team name only. The second one is patch version 1.5 which contains the transfers only. Probably you have made a mistake installing only the version 1.1

What do you mean by that mate? Painball says this update has most of the transfers done. One or two transfers absence may well be normal. He can't done all completed transfers.

Totally crap for the league mode to be left out. Konami can't be expecting all of the PES gamers play 100% online and all 100% are Master League enthusiasts. The league mode is an animal of its own, who satisfy offline gamers like me, who like to play offline with or without friends...
