Try creating an US user account on your PS3. With this account start your game, downloading the patch should be no problem. When everything is installed you can switch back to your main user account to play the game.

You know what's funny? For ppl who donate regularly to editors this price is nothing special because they know how much effort it takes. Only ppl who take everything for granted to get free access are crying. Here is some maths for you: kit editing: avg 300min x 18 = 5400min excel...

If there ever will be a JLeague DLC, you can't import a licensed team on an unlicensed. The missing preset faces will probably make your game freeze. So only identical teams with a roster of players with the same ID of PES can be imported.

http://weys.jp This is the only website I know which has JLeague team listed but I'm not sure how up to date the stats are. Last year Konami had a website with all players listed but this is gone... I have my stats directly from WE2014 but please don't mind that I won't share my database...
