Teams that are in place of WE/PES UNITED cannot be played in CL no matter what version do you have. The only way to play one of these teams in CL (without modyfing the iso) is to swap Borussia or Bate with one of the teams from Premier League in edit mode (only english teams and WE/PES UNITED...

No, if you install 6.60 ofw, games on memory stick won't be visible, but then you're supposed to install 6.60 cfw and it should bring games back. Of course it would be nice if you backup all stuff before updating. Just read some tutorials.

you've just got wrong cfw, if this OF was made with 6.60 cwf, as BD said in 1st post, then it could be read only in psp with 6.60 firmware (or higher, but for now there are no higher versions), you could update your psp to this cwf, or wait for version for your fw.
