    Ok so I downloaded the v4 Full OF American Physical Version and used paul's guide to convert it to European Physical Version (BLES02187) and it worked fine (it took a LOOOOOT of time though). I will do the same for the v4.1 update soon when I have the time. Only problem is I have never uploaded...
