I believe it can be done, since both leagues are listed with their "unlicensed" names on the official site. There might be an issue with the number of teams available, but I don't know for sure. In any case, I wonder if any of the dedicated communities in Italy and Spain are going to create...

Thank you for asking on our behalf, philips! You have done the community a great service! :D For me, the inclusion of fake teams and leagues remain a core part of the PES-experience, so it would have been a deal-breaker if they had been removed completely. :)

On the positive side, this makes it easier to recycle old builds. Still, it's a real shame if nothing has changed at all. Generally, it's about time we get new options and features in Edit Mode!
