On the unformatted USB issue. I had this a few times when playing around with getting the OF onto my 360. The only thing that I noticed stopped this is make sure you "CLOSE IMAGE" on the XTAF USB explorer. I never had the unformatted issue when I made a point of doing this. I hope this cures...
