You don't nessarily need a chipped PS2, you can get the swap disks You will need the original of the PES4. Then you could follow the tutorial to make a patched version of the original with real kits, boots, transfers and much more!!!

Do you mean these.... I don't think there is a patch with these in, as they seem to use the editables. But it is easy to create your own bootpack, just look at this More boots can be found here

Sykesy's Bootpack Making Tutorial It seems as though there was a need for a revised tutorial for creating your own bootpacks for PES4 (It may work for WE8 but I don't have that game so can't test). It took me well into the night to create my own using a tutorial for WE7I/PES3. But now...

I didn't make the boots... I just put them all together so they could be put back into the game for use...
