I always use Brazil as my INT. team. The frst thing you need to do is go to the indviduals menu and fix the attacking arrows as they are suicidal. Remove the attack arrows for all of your defenders. The default formation totally exposes Brazil to any good counter attacker. After that it is up...

losing any speed? How is this done properly? Sometimes when in tight situations and I thread a thru ball to my striker he 'slows' down to collect it. Kind of like breaks his stride pattern just enough for the thru ball not to be as deadly as it would have been if he took it at full pace...

Hmm, I've tried that in all P.E.S's on the PS2. It seems automated if you know what I mean? If you get within a certain range of the keeper he comes bombing out, predictably and any decent 2p can lob him 9/10 times. I always found it wierd that there was a button to make him run too the ball...
