I gather kit images are conained within these files (e.g. 5474.bin) but I cannot open them. Is there any program out there that will allow this and (if possible) allow me to modify / import new images?

I have d/l stelio's kits relink patch and can see from opening the option file the various kit texture reference numebrs (e.g. 5154). How do i view the textures themselves and more importantly change them. I am familiar with paint shop pro but this cannot read in .bin files. Can anyone help?

On filefront.com, there is a PES4 PC patch by Sologoles and Blackcat which has instructions written in spanish! and as a result I cannot (despite trying to) work out how to get it to work. But get this, the Wolf 2005 patch (which I think is quite good) only has 3 star rating, but the Sologoles...
