I've just had a look and can't find a thread on the PES5 training/development. How does it differ, I'm trying to figure out what the best routine is (is it all done in the off-season), does free training and other menu options have any impact during the season, or is it only appearances in games?

By a player's condition I meant their 'arrows', I suppose that's their Form. not the 'Condtion' value. So their Form may be either consistant or erratic from game to game. I doubt 'Consistency' effects a player in a match, it effects how likely he is to be in Form for that match, and the next...

Given where it appears in the list, I'd guess the consitency of their condition from game to game, rather than the consitency of their stats within a game - those would might be affected by falling energy during the game, and accumalated fatigue.

I'm WE8 on 5*normally. The difference from 3* is mostly keeping possession, even under pressure. I'm not sure 'get used to it' is really advice...I think some help with techniques for shooting would be more useful.
