mate delete your option file.. disconnect from xbox live and clear the 360 cache. I had a similar problem and this sorted it. Press Y on the HDD in the system blade and then press X,X,Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X.

Get your 360 modified... take it somewhere that will mod your console.. its around 30 quid to get it done.. download a copy of the game as it saves you from having to rip the game yourself... once youve done that get back to us
