If your xbox is chipped you can ftp the option file to the Xbox from a PC using an ethernet cable. Can you install the option file using a CD-R and/or DVD-R? I would also like to know more about that... Anyone?

Great work, Watson. I need some help, though. I haven't installed an option file since the first Pesfan - which I succesfully ftp'ed to my Xbox. This is quite some time ago and now I can't remember which folder I have to place the option file in. Also, am I not supposed to delete some files...
