What programs are there that can edit WE10 OF files?

You need to first extract your iso into a folder. Then patch the 0_TEXT.afs file, and save it as a new one (all using dkz studio), and overwrite the old one with the new one. THEN remake the iso.

Ok, the way I did it, I didnt even use the iml file to create the new iso. I simply used Nero's dvd iso recorder, and made an iso using that.

I really dont know, but the way I'd go about doing it is to apply fernanado's and then jonboyo's patch first using ppf-o-matic, then proceed to step 3) in the steps I listed in my other post.

That's completely correct. I, for instance, am a very attacking minded player, and so play 2 SMF's, and by retaining all the possession, prevent the opposition from scoring.

I believe the DEFENCE skill determines whether or not the player makes clean tackles, positions himself well in defence, etc?

I play 6*, 3 CB's, DMF, 2 SMF's, 2 OMF's, 2 CF's. I ALWAYS attack, if you sit back, you're giving teh oppostition too many opportunities to score. If you're 1 goal ahead, you'll see that the AI really pushes forward more, meaning you can score 2-3 more goals on teh counter attack ;).

I find that WB's play a little further back - useful for a defensive team. I play SMF's though, to give my forwards support, as it normally takes WB's a little longer to get forward.
