I personally thought Iss turned to Pes when it became iss pro ... then pro evo ... Nor did I know it was actually done before ... but this would certainly give the game another single player dimension, possibly multiplayer dimension, pretty chuffed people think similar to me then!

right as rain there mate, the gameplay is why I too play PES ... but they have such a good formula, they must only make minor tweaks to it, so what do they do in that year lol? Atmosphere helps, but yeah, gameplay is priority.

hmm ... pretty smart from what they show, looks pretty good, but could be another True Crime ... GTA is missions ahead of the rivals and I'll be damnned if anything else tops San Andreas! That game is jaw dropping at times. Just look at the fold-out map you get for a start.

That's a touchline cam isn't it? You'd need good judgement for that, for you to see if you was running out of play, into defenders .....

My officiall first PES 5 match was on a PC demo ... Thing was, I didn't have my controller installed .... So, 5*, Arsenal vs Chelsea, it took me about 5 minutes to figure out what the buttons were, but still, so terribly akward. Only lost 1-0 though, but plugged my controller in, 2-0, 1...

I suppose the Radar gives us what we otherwise wouldn't have, and that's how the players can see ahead, and behind, going beyond the zone of the screen. Very important to PES and I use it to suggest whether it's worth trying passes to wingers, through-balls, looking for space and such.
