Sorry for the delay rogers150862 and the people who've messaged me on Facebook - I was having a few issues with some players failing to upload, but I think I've finally worked out what was causing the problem.

Basically, the upload will only work if your 'Create Players' list is empty.

This edit replaces the 24 teams in 'English 2nd Division' (FL Championship). However, it does not use those teams' players. All of the players are either created or transferred from PEU League or the two 'Classic Teams' These players will be edited and transferred with this import..
(The reason for this is the little face thumbnail which shows in 'Game Plan'. Created, PEU and Classic players show as a greyed out face, whereas other players show the original unedited face).

The only part of the teams and players which I haven't yet edited, is 'Motion', so none of the players have their correct running style and celebration. I plan to share a later version with this included. Everything else is as accurate as I could manage from a lot of research into the 93/94 league.
If anyone does download this, I'd be grateful for feedback and opinions. Some player likenesses were really difficult, so if let me know if you find a better way to make a good Le Tissier, Robbie Earle, Eric Young, Alan Cork (who were all a nightmare!) etc. Also if you think there are any mistakes, omissions or ratings that you disagree with, I'd be interested to know.

I believe you have the wrong Competition Logo. The logo you included is the 1992-1993 FA Premier League logo.

From 1993-2001 it was the below logo and called FA Carling Premiership.

I went with the other one because that's what they continued to wear on their sleeves, so it adds to the authenticity of the players appearances. But yep it's a bit annoying that you can't have a different logo for the menu.

I'm guessing the file is working ok, but let me know if any problems. When I last tried it, some players didn't load properly. Also, as I said, I'm happy to hear any suggestions for improvements.

Does anyone know whether players created in PES 17 can be uploaded to 18? It would be great to be able to reuse these and maybe improve some of the dodgy ones if editing options are improved. Thanks

No info on importing prequel data to 2018, but we live in hope. Signs are that the data is very similar but it's likely Konami will block that ability.

I think we had and option to import data from previous games in the past (in ps3), for example, Import data from PES 2011 in PES 2012. Maybe this possibility is not impossible to have in PES 2018, as it's so much requested. But, knowing Konami now, I guess this will be one more big missing feature. :crymore:

Every time I try to install the last 12 teams (from Norwich to West Ham), there's an error: they dissapear. What happens?

CMJavi - I've had this problem too and haven't found a solution. What I've found online suggests it is a game glitch, but it only seems to happen sometimes. All I can suggest is returning to default settings, deleting all saved images (kits, logos), clearing the 'Created Players' and trying again.

dmp1967 - Is none of the data showing or just the players? If badges, kits, managers aren't loading, it seems to be the same issue as above.
If it's uploading team name, logo, kits but not the players, then I think it's to do with the 'Created Players' file. Annoyingly it fills up each time you attempt the download and doubles up players if you try the download twice (so it fills with duplicates and leaves no space for other players), so you have to go through and individually delete all created players each time you import data.

Sorry I can't be more help - I'm really just someone who photoshops kits and builds player likenesses; not technically minded and needed lots of help to get this file together. Hopefully someone else can explain why it's not loading for everyone.

Hi again, guys. I've found where the problem is. There are three teams that can't be imported: Nottingham Forest, Wimbledon and West Ham. There's no error with the rest. I don't know so much about programming, but I will try to find a solution. If you, Sammy_GFC, can find something, we will thank you a lot. I will inform if there are some news.

Sorry about the problems. I can't think of any reason why those teams won't import - they were saved in the same way as the others.
What I will try to do is have the updated Option File available in the next week. It's only minor changes - player celebrations added, slight changes to stats, shadow added to Man Utd badge etc. - but maybe if I re-export them, they'll load properly this time.
