OK, I am pretty sure, that you can only play with ONE team in master league.
So me and my brother are playing NBA2k10, so called Association mode - somewhat continous league mode, where players develop and you manage the team. And I must say that the option which let's more human teams to play together is a lot more interesting than playing alone. And this year even PES 11 is having an online ML which is great, but dissapointing since you can't have more human players offline.
And another dissapoining thing. Apparently you can play League/Cup option with more human players BUT, there is no team managing (no trading, player developing...) AND you can only choose from 5 main leagues (Let's say I have a patch-PESEdit 1.5-and i have a bunch of other leagues but I can't select them in League/Cup mode). Also no custom league mode (where you can choose random teams...).
Dissapointing since it's a very solid game.
