Also, I've always thought there should be more than two divisions. Or even the option to customise the whole structure of the thing. So you could have two tiers of 20, four of 10 or even more.

this maybe a stupid question but how comes FIFA can manage to have 5x the amount of leagues and kits PES has and PES doesn't have enough space to make 5 extra completely fake leagues and emblems?

Because they are Japanese, they have their own idea what is right and good and you can't convince them otherwise even if its completely logical.

I quite like the Other European teams, simply as it adds a bit of creativity to it, as if I meet one in ML, I use their name and emblem, but give them sponsors that relate to the country they appear to be from. I'm actually doing an ML with default players using SD Quaztolla as I liked their vibrant badge design.

I seriously hope we aren't limited when it comes to badges ..
I enjoy the game very much yes to some it's not realistic but I happy of it plays. I spend most of my time in the edit section .. Because of the lack of licenses I try to make every uniform just right from head to toe including badges .. It's sad but I still love this game
Hopefully in this last month they increase the number to like 100 or something like that and also let us edit the uniforms to 100% like on PC

I do that too - although I create an entirely fictional league over Pes Leagues 1 & 2, kits, badges, sponsors, stadia, players - the lot.

I might not have time to do it again next time, so I may just try and use the edit mode for realism.

So, let's see if 51 emblems will be enough.

PES 2012 will have all the same leagues, plus the addition of the portuguese league.

-English league we need 18 emblems (2 teams licensed, probably Man Utd and Spurs)

-Portuguese league we need 13 emblems (3 teams licensed, Porto, Benfica and Sporting)

-PES League, which many people used to create Bundesliga, we need 18 emblems.

-D2, master league's second division, we need 18 emblems.

-Serie A won't be fully licensed, last year we needed 1, so let's hope this is the case for PES 2012, so we would need 1 emblem.

-La Liga fully licensed, we need nothing there.

We would need at least 68 emblems. And hoping there won't be any fake teams in European or South American other leagues.

We still short...

I dont understand why konami is not doing the same they did with kit logos in PES 2011?

51 Badges are enough.

the thing is not editing the D2 League.. just so you can use it as the second division for any national league you use in the ML.

if you edit that league as, for instance, the Championship, if you start a ML with, say, Barcelona, it's going to be weird to have english teams in the spanish league in the second season. if you don't edit the D2 LEague, you won't be able to get the "perfect" game for one of the national leagues, but at least you'll be able to play them all without becoming awkward.

Sometimes I wonder if EA didn't handcuff them in some way. I could see EA arguing that Konami is simply getting around licenses by making the game slots wide open. The slot limit could have been an agreement to avoid a lawsuit. That is the only thing I can think of.

They used to be fun when I was younger, but now there ridiculous.

Trying to make the game more realistic and they put a sweet for a ball in the game, awful idea..
