Adding new leagues to PES 2018?

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if it's possible to add new leagues to PES 2018 PC version (using an editor or something like that), or it's only possible to edit the ones in the game?

Check pes-patch dot com. You cannot add leagues but they make a lot of mods to change formats.

Thanks, I'm going to check it out. The reason I wanted to add more leagues is because I want to create some classic teams, but I wouldn't have enough room to make all the teams I wanted just using the default generic leagues.
