Adding Other Euro teams to PES League

I've been toying with the idea of adding a few of the other european teams into the PES League for my Master League. I know that the league only has 2 UCL spots and 2 EL spots so maybe around 7 stronger to decent sides would help put an end to Alchemdolf and Quaztolla's group stage appearances in the UCL and other made up teams in the EL.

What do you guys think? Has anyone tried this?

Just counted all the European spots. It's best to leave it as it is. The Other Euro Teams get 23 spots out of 24 teams. 10+3 UCL and 10 EL.
