The feeling that is pro evo

I'm feeling the messages in here. Its good to see that we are all head over heels in love with this beast.

The pre-match build up during the week, the taunting text messages, the threats, the formations running through your head......friday comes and its all you can think about at work. A quick text to your missus to let her know in no uncertain way that she is firmly on the back burner for the next 12hours. The game kicks off, your mate goes clean through, you ruthlessly hack him down, he goes nuts , you snigger to yourself, its a great feeling, but not quite as good as when you pound his little pro evo cheeks and send him home with a feeling that can only be compared to being raped by Marcel Dessailly and Patrick Viera in one sitting........

Is it ever possible to beat this formation? I've haven't figure out how to beat myself yet despite knowing the weaknesses of this tactical setup.

I've just tried this, and wow, it is amazing. Unrealistic, but a guaranteed winner. Mine was a slight variation, with two DM's (one where Emerson is, as a normal DM, and one where Viera is, as a sort of right back), two CM's (one where Blasi is and one where Trezequet is), one AM (Zalayeta) and a RM (Nedved). I only used it because one of my two good strikers has a long term injury, but I might take it on full time.

anyone have any ideas for any formation with the chinese squad, namely china?
its not a bad squad, onli their speed and technique is dismal, and their stamina is pretty awkward.

Hello fellas just a flying visit, at my sisters house, she has no photoshop so this is a very basic description for now, but here is what I am using to conquer all in ML on 6 stars. Up to mid season in 2008, won the league every year, D1 cup twice, WEFA Masters once and WEFA Champs once. This season is going beautifully as I'm used to the game now.

Forward arrows on full backs, slightly in front of the centre back and sweeper to encourage attacking.
Forward arrow on CM. Place the midfield a little like Chelsea and Man Scum... sorry Man Utd.
Diagonal forward arrows on Support strikers toward goal and corner flags. Place the SS's on the corners of the 18yd box.
Forward arrow on a pacy striker (eg. Ronaldo), but not on a post player (eg. Shearer).
Back Line B
Zone press A or B
Offside Trap B
Counter attack A

Push the defence high as near to the half way line as you can get to play offside and pressure high up the field.
Put the midfield in a line with the wing backs and centre midfielder slightly advanced. Line them just on the half way line. Attacking arrows on all midfielders, point them towards gaps in the opposition.
SS's and striker the same as form A.
Back Line - down to preference, B is most efficient
Zone Press A
Offside Trap A
Counter Attack A

Play to keep the ball when in posession, and play to sit deep and counter when defending. You may want to revise your tactics by dropping an SS into centre midfield when you play against five in midfield as you can easily get outnumbered and it becomes difficult to reach your front men. Only use the formation B when you desperately need a goal as it is very open at the back, although the wing backs do well to get back.

Nice formations you have up there. On paper, I play with a similar formation like the one you've posted, Maybe slightly different (I use Wf instead of SS and 2 CMF instead of DMF and CMF).

I just have some doubt about using a libro in this set up. I think sweeper or a libro would make sense only with 3 defenders formation. Anyway, sure it deserves a try to see how it works.

Formation B is definitly risky. Well, that is the case with all-attack formation anyway.

I plan to post some nice formations I use ( I hope I can bring myself to do it this time). I just need to improve my photoshop skills
