ok, so i tried signing on the network this morning (on PS3) and all the notices about the new update came up, and it told me to go to "System settings" and click on "download", but when i go to system settings, there's no option anywhere to download anything. what am i missing?

Looks like one or both or the updates is postponed if you go the NA network site, can anyone confirm what is actually available at this point.

Yes i was thinking the same thing. They delayed it after releasing it. Good to see we will be getting 1.30 stuff as well.

1.10 was far better game then anything FIFA 09 can offer, so I would have stuck to that, but would have pissed me off a bit. Konami needs to fix online for 2010, or I think they are in dire straights. Its the only reason people get fifa it seems. The game it self single player is rubbish... but i would probably have to buy it in 2010 for online with friends if Konami doesnt fix things.

I guess these updates are the start of making amends. The next steps are 100% better online player and worldwide updates next year.

Amazing that they would make the same mistake they did with the EU version. 1.20 posted, then taken away for some sort of mistake they missed.

Some people will never learn.

I'm grateful though, that our pleas have been heard.

I agree, now i just want to know the reason why they ignored the NA market for so long. :)

Just like what happened in the EU during the 1.20 update, apparently they put it out this morning or what ever and now they pulled it back for some reason.

And how long did it take to KONAMI to rectify the "error" with ther EU version update? I just hope we don't have to wait for another 5 months,lol.

I just downloaded update 1.2. There is no sight of 1.3 anywhere. I am in the US.

I still cannot find Rafael for United!!!!

On Kanomi's website, it says this update includes winter transfers. So this update, named 1.2 for North American users, is perhaps equivalent to the 1.3 of Euro users. Just a guess.

But help me guys, how can I find Rafael and his twin brother Fabio? Do I have to create them manually?
