Any tips for struggling in Master League?

I'm a casual-offline players,i play mostly Master League. Since 2015 i was playing in Superstar difficulty and i was dominating in every League and Competition. This year i started ML in Superstar/challenge mode with PES united,i edited the badge and the kits and compete in PEU League with the Turkish, Greek and Balkan teams. The problem is that my Team Spirit starts from too low level (37) and until the mid-season it reaches 67-69 but until we start to take some good results and have effective playstyle the owner fires me cause im the last in the League although i Qualified in Europa League knockout round of 32. I changed for a game to Top-player but although CPU's playstyle was less extra terrestial and more enjoyable and close to football reality i won easily 3-0, so i went back to superstar cause top-player seems completely unchallenging despite being only one level below superstar. My regular half season's run is about 3W-5D-9L which 2 of 3 wins are in the final matches that team spirit goes well.Anybody else having the same isuues or im just so bad player this year?

I'm playing at the superstar/challenge level and all CPU players are stars, do not miss passes and never lose a chance to score the goal. I've already been fired from River Plate in the Argentine League even after setting up a great team and playing against much weaker teams than mine. It's getting boring to play. I do not know what happens, it was not supposed to be that difficult.
