i heard they were gonna make it.....................:)

Did seabass not just say they would look into making it better than 2008 and not having the same problems as 2009

I read it was gonna be started more or less from scratch but it's only December gents, PES2008 is still relatively new and I'm dead happy with it, can't believe how many people are annoyed with it...MatTheCat springs to mind...

I just think it was a rushed job put out by konami. I did read that seabass was going to change pes 09 so heres to dreaming they get it right this time!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think there's any doubt it could be absolutely amazing on next gen, i think its very good now, but editing capabilities wise they've fucked up this time round, it's still hugely playable though.

Having said that, I played the PS2 version also, and I have to say I thought it was criminal, all they seemed to have done was to update shirts and transfers :no:

Although yes it is early to discuss PES 2009, I am anxious to know if they would still release it for the PS2 (the PS3 in my opinion is more expensive than a world class escort, hence, not worth as of now). But life's short, enjoy the present one and wait and see
