I just posted in the "what should be brought back to PES from previous games" thread about the same thing.

Does anyone agree that untucked shirts increases the realism by an incredible amount, this is actually a deciding factor for me to buy the game! It sounds like a small detail but i take the game more seriously with this addition

Excellent addition originally, terrible omition from future versions. It added some genuine realism to an already fantastic game.

sorry, i jumped ahead of myself, i wouldn't actually call it a deciding factor, but i do enjoy the game alot more with shirts out.

Aparently though, i read in a paper that konami won't allow shirts untucked again because parents complained it influenced there kids to look untidy! :(

I agree it does add more realism, but I can;t honestly say I will be to bothered either way. Tucked, untucked? Who gives a f*ck... No offence dude, but I think you have got more to be worried about with the new installment than the option of tuced or ntucked shirts? Besides, if my memory serves me correctly, players shirts becae untucked as the game progressed?? I have PS3 version, not too sure what platform you are playing it on.

I was really excited when I heard that Liverpool would be licensed this term (Me being a Liverpool fan, obviously) But then I heard they woudl'n't have the Carlsberg logo on the shirt?? In others words, its gonna look total sh*t... Just like Bayerns shirt not having t-mobile or whateva there sponsor is... You lot might find this petty, but I feel having the real kits adds more realism than what tucked/untucked shirts does. (before any of you say it, I aint turning to FIFA, F*ck FIFA, i'd rather pull my eyebals out.

I didn't buy pes2008, i continued playing pes6, but i played 2008 at friends house sometimes and the shirts untucking during a game was pretty poor and insignificant. I believe shirts untucked help make the models look less robotic in movement though (and before you say it i aint turning to fifa either, i'd rather stick with pes 6)

Can't say I blame you mate... I wish I had... If I am honest I moan about PES2008but graphically I think it kicks ass. The attention to detail of players faces is amazing but I feel there is still so much they need to work on before it becomes great. For instance, your tucked/untucked shirts? I don't understand why they take things out?? Why don't they just build on what they already have.

While it's a nice detail, I don't think it really matters to me... Like stadiums and player faces, after the first few games I don't really care about them...
