I need help with 2 things.

I say you're doing just fine.

It might feel like your stats are progressing slowly but they wont start decreasing until WAY later, atleast ten years or so for your player so don't worry.

Thanks it does feel like there going up slowly but I probably won't retire until about 30 - 35, so I'll assume from you I've seen a lot of your posts that I'm doing just fine...

Basically, it's the human factor.

A good player (the person playing the game) can be a pretty solid asset to his team as soon as age 17. Once the stats hits the 85's-90's, a good player will have a very easy time doing what he does.

Also, the AI is predictable, which makes it easier.

Those stats look pretty decent to me considering the age of the player. If you wanna get certain things higher that are lagging in your opinion just change up the development sliders to suit you. Ive changed mine up quite a few times over my career. My player's not got many 90's tbh but he's well rounded at 28yrs old which is what i was going for as i mainly play LMF/RMF these days with the WF(my original pos.), CF and SS positions being more of an occasional role capacity really. Anyway, overall it just takes some time to get your player to a solid level of stats and there's no easy fix unless you have the pc version as far as i know so just keep working at it and it'll all come together in time :)

You're not gonna get all stats to 95 but if you focus on a few skills you probably will get those to95 and thus, be really good in that area - I tend to focus alot on Kicking and Power, after having asserted a decent stamina, which means that my player doesn't really start training his speed and dribbling skills until age 24-25 or after.

It's all preference. This time around, my player is training Kicking and speed. He wont hit as hard as good old Fabien Mathis (how I miss thee, first BAL ever) but he will probably be devilishly fast and can just as well place the ball in the corner.
