I got Speed Merchant when my TS was around 82, Dribbling was 85, DS was 88. EP was either 90 or 91.

No idea if match rating had anything to do with it, I've not gotten below 7.5 in so long that I can't remember the last time. I've not gotten more than 8.5, though in this version. At least not that I remember... Is it possible to get 10.0?

i was born with speed states 85+.
max game rate i had was 8.5 dn't think its possible to get higher rating

ahh it doesn't matter anymore. I asked because a had a last month before retirement and I wanted to increase a point in the ´most reachable' stats at that time. (sorry for the bad english) anyway, it is imposible. so that's all..
