ball type -> any differences in ball physics and gameplay?

I usually set ball type to random,
and see that there are around 30+ match balls to choose from
in PES 2018, ranging among different brandnames and
different era of design from 1950s to 2017.

Wish to ask....

Other than differences in ball appearances,
will the ball actually play any different in ball physics
and bounces and weight? e.g. 1950's ball design
supposed to be quite heavier than latest ones.

Terrible question..
Once in the past I heard about it in an italian forum, someone who mocking KONAMI up, said they pay more attention about their balls in terms of spinning, bouncing and general physic perfection. Thin differences among classic and modern is speculative.
Licensed ones I don't know. Take it with a pinch of salt.

Maybe in a general compliance about the OF you want to create from DB, you can find more suitable one or the other. For example, for me is useless to have meat without a side dish.
