To me, the appeal of the Bundesliga is the inconsistency, there are so many teams that can run along in the title race.

Robben and Ribery down each flank is scary not just because of their appearances. Think they could be signing Rafinha too.

Agreed. Last season there were quite a few teams challenging for the Bundesliga, unlike Ligue 1 which has just recently been won by Bordeaux instead of Lyon.

I'm also sceptical about they qualifying for the Europa League again. I feel the only way they will be able to qualify is if Grafite and Edin Dzeko manage as many goals as they did last season.
Last seaons yes but they have strenghtend their midfield so much. Misimovic, Ziani and the additon of Kahlenberg not to mention Martins upfront.

True. I didn't even know they had signed Martins. He's a great player in my opinion, never quite hit his best form with Newcastle though.

I said at the start of last season Wolfsburg would be dark horses they brought in some very good players. now with Agate leaving i just feel a spark has gone.

Stuttgart, Schalke, Bayern would be my main picks. Judging after actually watching a few games. Stuttgart mainly though.

It's a great league to watch.

I watched the match as a neutral and I enjoyed it alot. I think Bayern will be a good force this year in whatever competion they are in. I would say they need to improve defensively even though they kept a clean sheet, they still looked abit shakey at times.

As a attacking force you will be brilliant, Robben and Ribery already looked to be combining well, but Gomez I am not to sure about right now, I would go with Olic. But with those three attacking it means you need a good holding midfielder which you have in ?Timoshuck?.

I think you will be the team to watch this season. Mark my words.

Edit- Dotty- dont say that not until after they play Rangers in the group stages lol.

Gomez is a fantastic player in the Bundesliga. Not worth the money Bayern paid, but still a great player. Him and Olic are the preferred striking partnership, I think.

From what I have seen of him (Not much tbh) he hasn't impressed me as much as Olic if I was the manager I would play this midfield and attack.

Swinstager<<<>>>Altintop
Ribery<<<<Olic>>>>Robben

WBU.

I would play:

DM - Altintop

RM - Schweinsteiger

LM - Robben

AM - Ribery

CF - Olic

CF - Gomez

So a diamond formation mmmmm yes I would actually change Olic for Gomez if I was playing 4-3-3 or 4-5-1 whatever you want to call it, he is more of a physical presence.

All in all I think Olic is better, don't get me wrong, but Gomez is just a better centre forward. Gomez is a better finisher, better in the air and stronger. Olic is faster, much more energetic and a better passer but he will not score as much as Gomez. Both of them are very good strikers though, I would be hard pressed to choose.

Very hard choice indeed mmmm if I was manager I would start Gomez but if we were playing well, leading and overall comfortable I would bring on Olic to damage the team even further.

Seems fair enough. What's happened to Klose? Toni isn't scoring goals anymore and has become very ineffective but why not play Klose? He is a very good player and he is capable of scoring alot of goals in Bundesliga.

Oh yea forgot about him, he is a top quality striker, maybe he is injured or something idk.

I would still rather have one of the other two tbh.

Same, Klose is a bit inconsistent with his scoring. Should move to another club, because he is a very good player.

I am not to sure who he would join though, another Bundesliga club, Lower end/ Not Barcelona, Real Madrid more like Espanyol etc La Liga club.

I am not sure tbh.
