Ok, so I downloaded this dlc but I did not apply roster changes because I'm afraid it will mess up my master league. When you update everything Titan will it be ok add roster change? Also how do I go about doing that since I already didn't apply it? I can't find that option anywhere.

You did correct.

So until Titan releases the new option file, sit back and play with the current option file.

One suggestion if possible. There is a thread in the forum on tactics for each team that makes the game play way better. I dont have the game yet but that is whats said. Would you be able to implement the tactics for each team besides updating transfers and such?

Implementing the team tactics would be very time consuming, but so worth it.

Has anyone implemented the tactics with the previous OF?

titan9fan...alot of PES lovers will be fully grateful after you update this option file with the DLC 4.O...I sincerely think this is the best OF for the US version. SammyGunner did a great job.. When you finish i will install it into my game and i will also import serie B teams into the Npower teams..i like playing the MASTER LEAGUE in Italy so if anyone is interested..i have the link to the serie B teams if they wish to do the same..Titan vos sos porteño?

I have all the kits updated... most of tactics for league teams... and epl, bbva liga, and seria a transfers updated...

What do you mean the trasfers updated? Doesnt the Konami dlc 4.0 update all the transfers?

Did you fix the national team duplicate players and correct names?

licensed leagues yes ... missing the last minute ... Bundesliga to be added on, they removed most of the players, except those published (is finished, with nationalities corrected and updated transfers)

duplicate players of the national teams, have been removed but could not rename ...

No, the zip file uploaded containing edit file & kits files... but if you want the stadiums you have to instal the "OF" posted in the first page before to this

El archivo que subi, contiene el edit y los kits
Si quieres los estadios, esntonces, si, debes tener instalado el primer of
