Bosnia&Herz team not licensed ?

On website for PES 2019 Bosnia was one of the listed licnsed national teams, So i decided to buy PES for the first time since 2015 and I popped the game in selected Bosnia and all fake player names??? am I missing something will Konami do a updated soon ? because if not I will just sell the game

They're on the list in the website but they're not fully licensed.

Yes, Man so they will not update you think? I Ill try to edit the players manually but i doubt the commentators will say their real names
in-game? also the faces of players
