It took me a few games but I think I got better as it went on. I'm ok with Capture the Flag but deathmatches I'm wank.

And Riot shields only sounds a laugh. They should have batons in the game too.

When you get to Level 7, go to equipment and then you can select throwing knives. Killed a few people with it last night, felt good.

Sorry that I left the game straight away, but I only really care for Free For All and Team Death Matches. I'll probably get into the other modes later, but for now, I just want my objective to be kill to win.

What's the map that seems a bit of a sniper's haven? We played it last night and I just kept running to the underground passage because I was frightened of being out in the open.

Not stuck, just unhappy with how many times I was dying and having to redo a section.

At the start for example, when you're on the gun of the military hummer being told 68 times to "stay frosty" when you already are and then all shit breaks loose, I was getting hit because I don't have eyes in the back of my head. When you've blood splattered across your view in that scenario, you can't see anything so don't know where to shoot.

Got through it fine the second time but then when you have to take cover in a building when you get to the end of that section I got my arse handed to me on a plate. Again, fine the second time but is it the game that's hard at points or me refusing to be as careful as I could be?

Even regular difficulty seemed hard at times, but im now going through the campaign on veteran - managed to breeze through the first level in the school with ease, I imagine i'll be throwing the PS3 out the window when it comes to the missions in America as they fucked me off even on regular. I'm dreading the Burger Town level...

Fuck me sideways. That level where you have to protect computer in that log cabin house thing is fucking hard man. They come from every door in the house, how am I supposed to watch every corner?? Scarecrow and Ghost are fucking useless, I wish I was with Soap.

Try going in the gun room straight ahead of the main entrance, past the computer. Theres two doors either side, you can keep checking both. Or try upstairs. I can imagine that mission being impossible on Veteran.

I was being uber cautious, not having a clue the direction enemies would come from. I was still 0 for 0 when I first saw a bloke; Jin was already 6 kills 6 deaths. :lol:

Its autosaved with me upstairs and a bunch of blokes outside the front door, so i've got to watch the front door constantly, and I keep failing because blokes keep running through the back door aswell, and just destroying the computer thing, and I can;t see them because i'm upstairs. Its doing my nut in man.

For some reason I thought it be wise to take a Barrett 50.cal upstairs with me, so i'm stuck with a P90, the Barrett, and the shotgun that looks like a tommy gun lol. :faceplm:

Most here have it on the PS3. I'm sure they play and look pretty much identical, so it all comes down to to you preference.

Your radiation death last night was class. Also, thanks for choosing the riot shield as I was using you as a shield from an enemy who ended up killing you then I took him down. We should try all of us with riot shields in a circle or a line and just charge at people, could be a laugh.

I'll be on after the Ireland game tonight I reckon.
