It doesn't matter if it directly affects me or not. It was a shit post, where you were trying to rubbish someones opinion on a subjective matter. So I made a comment.

Just like Viperized not buying BF3 doesn't affect you, but that didn't stop you from bitching as though you were losing out money from him choosing MW3.

Sorry, but i can't stop laughing. You still don't seem get that it's not affecting you.

I know that it doesn't affect me either, but atleast i have the right to ask about this statement. Unlike you who is telling me that my posts are shit, garbage etc.

If it looked boring to him, it looked boring to him. The fact that you are trying to tell him how to feel is ridiculous.

And no, you don't just want to know why he found it boring, as you never asked. You got all up tight as if you are apart of the EA team.

I'm done. I'm already embarrassing myself arguing with a lame fanboy.
Never Asked? Please go back and check my first post.

You embarrased yourself by avoiding my post and be not able replying to them properly. You also have the ability to not understand simple things which should be quite simple at your age.

Holy shit. Still going on are you? Just shut the fuck up already.

I'm more interested in MW3 because it appears to be a more interesting game. Don't like it?

BUT HOW DOES IT AFFECT YOU VIPERIZED?!?!?!

He's one funny guy. Anyway, I'm gonna try and sway this on topic...

I'm hoping that multiplayer has more than one England themed map.

I'm certainly looking forward to the Lambeth map, will be interesting to see how they set it up. I wasn't too excited about MW2 or Black Ops but MW3 has already intrigued me simply because of the chosen locations and the trailer that was released.

Xbox Live 1 year £39.99 + Modern Warfare 3 £44.99 + CoD Elite 1 Year £60 = £144.98

By saying CoD Elite for £60 I'm just guessing it's going to be around £5 a month.

Apparently things such as K/D and Theatre Mode are part of the Elite subscription :/

They would've earned a lot more respect and credit if that was part of the Modern Warfare 3 package on the disc. But then, this is Activision.

Greedy c**ts.

As for the England map, it is likely to involve The Underground as there's already an uproar about it, due to the sensitivity.

So that's the way its going to be then, release a game, but only release two thirds of it. Charge a monthly fee for the final third equal to the cost of another game within a year.

So this is the production houses intend to generate additional revenue, it means MW3 will command top dollar on Pre-Owned forever and a day.

Great, lets hope it doesn't catch on too quickly.

To be honest, this type of profiteering can only get worse. Franchises will turn to shit for the sake of fleecing consumers.

Well the only franchises which sell in big numbers are the ones which have been milked like mad eg. Call Of Duty, Fifa, Madden, Halo, PES? etc

But...they're making so much money from these franchises that they don't need to come up with new IPs.

You can guarantee that EA will do it; dunno how the timing works with BF3 but they'll definately roll it out.

Nope, doesn't mean others won't join the bandwagon though TH14

Be interesting to see how successful this venture is for Activision. Could make them a shit load of cash.

That's what they are in business for.

The sub is nothing new though, even for console gaming, Phantasy Star Online has survived despite it's monthly fee. It's existence as a perpetual universe may go some way to justifying it though.

To some degree we have been fortunate that most companies allow free play and access to online competitive gameplay, but it would appear that, that time is running out.

I only hope that game manufacturers don't forget the single/offline players as seems to be becoming the trend, especially in the FPS market.

The game quality has to warrant it though. Obviously, its blatant consumer exploitation. The games alone without dlc coin it in.
