Can I backup edited data on PS4?

Is there a way to backup the edited data on PS4? I've done a lot of editing and I have a bad feeling that a major update could ruin it all.

1. Plug a usb into the PS4
2. In PS4 main menu, open Settings
3. Select [Application Saved Data Management]
4. Select [Saved Data on USB Storage Device]

or you can also save it into PS4 online storage if you have PS Plus

That data will be useless after the data pack though as it won't load because it will be from a different version and you can't delete just one data pack.

The best solution is to exports the teams before the data pack then import them back in afterwards

Great, and then u can import it and change a hole team for instance? For example, the entired Dortmund for a PEU league team?

Can only save 20 exported teams to internal hard disk. I have about 40 completed at the minute. Sounds like time to buy some usbs ;;
