If you play them out of position i.e. Chicharito at SS will they eventually gain this postion?

Yes, they usually gain the new position. It usually takes about the whole season to gain the position. Also the more often you play him in the wanted position, the faster he gains the position.

yep if you play in another posistion the fastest way is play for example like SW and then sign for an team who has CB that way you sometimes earn it straight away when you start BAL
