I tried to upload an image in manage attachments in the PES 2019 Discussion thread but I get a non specific error message:

Upload Errors
PES_Datapack2.0.jpg:
Upload of file failed.

I have have tried both .png and .jpg versions of the image, both smaller than the maximum allowed.

I just this in this forum too and also using Chrome as well as Firefox.

Upload your photos to an image hosting website. I recommend imgur.
Then, go to "get share links" and copy the BBcode (forums) link, like on the pictures below.
