Can't Sync Data (Xbox One)

Every time I load up PES 2015 it can never sync my data, it'll get up to around 22% and every single time it'll come up saying "We were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now" Does anyone know a way I can get this to sync? Thanks.

ive got the exact same problem its been like it for around 3 weeks, I have been in discussions with konami support who so far have blamed it on ports not being open(all ports open) a possible recent router upgrade(which there hasnt been) none of which is the problem, absolutely nothing has changed on my network.
i am still waiting to here back from konami having sent my last email 3 days ago. every other game i own syncs instantly but with pes im lucky if it gets to 4% after ten minutes its so frustrating
