Have the exact same Damn problem ended up removing the entire game and reinstalling only to see this dreaded message. Konami support of course are useless

FYI my issue came right yesterday afternoon but have a laugh at Konami support response.

Regarding your concern, please be informed that the error will appear if the downloaded Live Update File is corrupted.
If you have another connection that is different from the one you are currently using, it is possible that you can prevent this issue from happening again by downloading through that connection.
However, if you do not have any other connection lines, kindly try restarting your device/s such as modem, router and the like.
Should the issue still persist even after following the above-mentioned suggestions, please understand that the error code SGJC427 occurs due to the connection environment you are using.
Due to this, we regret to inform you that we do not have any additional information that we can share with regards to this matter.
Should you have any other concerns, please do note hesitate to contact us again.

Looks like sh*t like this happens every year, but with different error code.
Sure, problem not in your router, connection, PS4, data,etc - its just another one fault of rubbish Konami servers.
Btw, Konami support is a f*cking joke. They are always replying the same "check your router/connection settings, blahblahblah" crap, even if there Official Statement regarding this problem already has been published.

Wel I played GTA ONLINE as a result of this almost all weekend. So I doubt it was my connection.
Was something of a heaven sent as I was badly addicted to myclub playing daily since release.

And it strikes again after the Thursday live update. It's definitely not my connection unless it's coincided with the Thursday live update file.
