Download the game below. The password is www.newgamesbox.net or www.newgamesbox.com

This is NOT a patch. ALL you have to do is replace the Pro Evolution Soccer 6 folder in Documents. Really easy.

**Update October 8, 2023**

Napoli replaces Sparta Prague. Sparta Prague players are free agents and a few are on the National Teams of Slovakia and Czech Republic.

Option File contains:

*All correct player names & team names
*All correct kits & badges
*Removed all the duplicate players
*Full Bundesliga from the 2006/2007 season
*Completed September 2006 transfers for all leagues.
*All teams have at least 21 outfield players and 3 GKs

Team Changes:

*Used players stats from PES 5 and PES 2008. I created the badges as best i could.

-Birmingham City replaces PES United
-Sunderland replaces WE United
-CSKA Moskva replaces Boca Juniors
-Spartak Moskva replaces River Plate
-Shakhtar Donetsk replaces Sao Paulo
-Real Valladolid replaces Team R in League C (Made them to have 21 Spanish teams to go with the 3 Portuguese teams for ML)
-Napoli replaces Sparta Prague

**Updated** 8/18/21

I noticed some Bundesliga players had incorrect heights and appearances so I checked all of the players again. I edited the Eredivisie teams to have at least 21 outfield players and 3 Gks. Now all teams have 21 players and 3 Gks.

Hello The Dude!

First, my congrats for this brilliant work! The most detailed Option File one step away to compare with Patches!!

I want to ask 2 favors if it's possible:
1. I'm big fan of Hamburger SV and unfortunately the only team from this OF that has issue with badge is this!! Damn what a bad luck for me... Please can you fix it and replace it with icon without pixels problem such as this?
2. Is it possible to add 2 more English teams from div2 such as Derby & WBA to complete ML experience (16+8)?

Thanks in advance!
Greetings

I fixed the Hamburger SV badge.

I cannot add anymore teams players because I do not want to lose any of the original European teams in the game. Also, I do not have anymore players to edit. I use Celtic and Rangers with the English teams.

Hello The Dude,

I just want to thank you a lot.

I did an OF in the past : http://www.pesgaming.com/index.php?threads/juventino-of.48068/#post-2232880

The goal of my OF was to keep the original gameplay (I mean the original squads, player stats, ...) but just improve the visual aspects by updating the kits, putting real names, ...

I intentionally decided to not make transfer because by then, this OF was used at University for local competitions and I had to keep the original squads, stats, formations, ... so that anyone knows what to expect when coming to the competition.

Recently, I restarted to play this game and decided to improve my OF, still keeping the same philosophy but improving it by using the unused league to add Bundesliga teams from the 2006-07 season as well as another team (I decided to use Shaktar Donetsk for practical reasons : as most of their players can be retrieved from different national teams as well as from the PES 5 database but also for the reason this club had a nice path on the European scene that season).

To add the Bundesliga team and the Shaktar, I use what you did, I'm using what you did The Dude and just wanted to thank you for that.

On top of that, I'm also removing the duplicate players, which I did not do in my first version of the option file.
--> Question : to remove the duplicate players, it's fine to move them to the "free agents", rename them "Duplicate001, Duplicate002, ..." and use the same data as "Player001, ..." (from the other league C) so that they won't appear in the Master League ?

I've also another question : I see, you used, for some players, the data from PES 5 database and incremented their age by 1. Is there a way to apply some stats adjustments based on the age of the player and his curve ? For instance, is it possible to calculate the stats when a given players goes from 30 to 31 and is already on the decline ?

Question 1:
No, you have to replace them on the National team with the real player then the game automatically removes them. If the fake player is in the free agents group, you did not do it right. There are like two or three bugs where the players do not get removed. J S Park on Manchester United and a couple more that I cannot think of right now. Maybe someone on Manchester City too. I just edited over those players.

Question 2:
I just used the previous stats from PES 4, 5, and 2008 and changed the ages because those games are the same. I might have increased or decreased some stats of a player got they a lot better or worse. Like a young player that becomes really good or a bad player that was overrated and does nothing in their career. I changed some player's positions. For example, a LB in PES 6 who becomes a CB in 2008 and stays that position throught out his career. Sometimes I just added postions to a player.

For the player curves, its hard for me to remember but I did change some of them. I changed a lot of them to standard or standard lasting thou depending on their age. Players that are 19 get messed up curves with a certain choice. I will play the game later and let you kno. I used Transfermarkt and looked up how their career went based curve on that too.

Transfermarkt is an awesome idea to apply a relevant curve !

Thanks for all your valuable input !

Hi legend, i think it was 4y ago when i found your OP and downloaded it, your masterpiece gave me the whole new experience of this beautiful nostalgic game, what i was exactly looking for (original season 2006-2007, original players, corrected kits and team names, added Bundesliga). today i was able to find you again and i just created an account on this forum to thank you for your great job. i also have some questions and requests from you and other guys.
if you still have any, then I'd like you to share your files&collections of all Patches&OP (stadiums, face packs, Referee kits.. etc) of pes 2006 (only those with original season 2006/2007) because the links for patch&OP in old forum posts are not working anymore.
(sorry for bad grammar)

Hey
I know Bayern was a licensed team. But can't you push Bayern into the Bundesliga in ML mode or league mode!?

I am currently making an update. I will post a couple versions. I am almost finished.

First version will have the same current teams. I just went through the rosters again to find any errors. I added more youth players that actually played in the 2006/2007 season like Sturridge, Andy Carroll, Traore (Arsenal) etc. It will have Napoli (Serie B club) players as free agents.

Second version will have Napoli replace Sparta Prague. Sparta Prague players will be free agents

*NEW UPDATE**

- 24 Napoli players are free agents. Napoli came in second in the Serie B and were promoted with Juventus in the 2006/2007 season. I will make another file that has Napoli created over Sparta Prague soon and the Sparta Prague players will be free agents.
- I added more youth players that actually played in the 2006/2007 season like Sturridge, Andy Carroll, Armand Traore (Arsenal), Jerome Boateng (Hertha Berlin), and others.

https://www.mediafire.com/file/vra9uilxak0hhmy/pes_6.zip/file

https://www.mediafire.com/file/q3zkqwymjpswxf1/Pro_Evolution_Soccer_6.7z/file

-Sunderland reemplaza a WE United
-CSKA Moscú reemplaza a Boca Juniors
What a great job, very excellent and complete, the truth is that yes, I congratulate you for this great effort you made to bring such a polished OPTION FILE, "you read my mind in uploading it at this time because I had been looking for it for a week hahaha" to all I recommend the new one that arrives with a closed eye.
