Completed OF's on release day

Well, I highly doubt it, since all kits will have to be redone or adapted, and we don't even have a blender model yet for the new format. Making an OF now will take some time.
Some kit makers, such as Angeltorero, are already creating the kits in the new format. Others, such as cabanaxbox, left the boat are not going to create PES 18 stuff.
Blame Konami, not the editors.

As always the issue; this is the problem with buying Konami's PES series; price is the same as FIFA or slightly more expensive in Australia then after forking out that $$, we still have to do some work to truly enjoy it.
Those kitmakers, I totally appreciate all your hard works and efforts, without yall, PES sales will be down. Imagine if you all kitmakers boycott all your production, PES sales will significantly drop!
Folks eventually get tired of doing these kits and not to mention the end users too having to import the kits, and hopeful that it will not crash lol. I feel like I am one of those folks who don't feel the excitement of patching the kits this year and totally walk out of the instalment.

Well, I don't enjoy having to import lots of kits, that's true. But I buy PES instead of FIFA because in FIFA you don't have any creating possibilities. You want Chinese league? Too bad, FIFA 17 doesn't have (even though FIFA 18 will have it I think). What about PES? Well, you can create it! Same for any other leagues that aren't included in FIFA.
Attention: I am not saying FIFA is bad, I already played FIFA for a long time in ps2 and ps3 and I enjoyed very much. Ultimate Team is very fun, but it became expensive after Sony decided to put paid online gaming in ps4, so I don't play UT anymore.
Exactly. I only play PES for classics and even though i don't make kits it took me to the start of this year to collect all the kits and customise the Option files just to how i wanted it to play a ML with. Big respect to those who put their time into making the kits, but Konami are really shooting themselves in the foot by not making sure the customising is made easy as possible from one game to the next, with the lack of licences they have to realise OF's are the ONLY reason many people will buy their game.
Anyway, i for one will give 2018 a miss and continue playing 2017 as i don't have the patience for spending months customising again...i don't think i'll be the only one.
