Unfortunately not... I did try though by Save Team Data, then Saved the Team Data to a Memory Stick, but it's locked to my profile. I'd be more than happy to share this data file if anyone wants to crack it?

yes, but only on PS4. There is a tool which allows you to export them from the database and import them via stick to your console. I have a full Classic Barca team, lots of fun for offline gaming

we can't do for pes 2016 export from database then change to pes 2017 bin file so we can get eg lewandowski ????

Because those faces are not present in the original game or the patches. I think it might be possible to get Messi and neymars original face back though

Think of it as 're-linking' or base copying. The face data is already present in the game or data pack. The .bin file is just telling the game which face to assign to which player
