Correct teams in Master League? Help...

Hi Guys!
I'm a first timer with PES and I came from the FIFA series so can you help me a little?
I've created a master league /Premier League with Tottenham/, everything is fine but in the FA Cup there is a lot of teams from another country and national teams too! Is it possible to create a pure english league with correct teams from the Championship and lower english classes? I don't want to play my first FA Cup round against Italy...
My game patched with all DLC and PESEdit 2010 Patch 3.4.
