It would be easier to use an existing PNG image. Just find the image you want on the net ( Google it ). It doesn't matter what format the image is in, as you can convert it easily using Windows "Paint" program on your P.C.

Then just install the image into your PS3's "saved game data" folder, and load it when in the game.
