Can i put my brothers Hard Drive on my xbox and download the update onto it that way? He's not on xbox live at all!!

It should be ok but may not work unless you use your brothers xbox and hd together..

Due to ms and their digital signatures to tell appart gold and silver members etc

All is good!...It turned out that I had a crap Memory Unit for the first go round. I borrowed a 256MB card and was able to get it to go through xport 360. I have never experienced that with a card before in option/memory files.

NOw if I could just figure out how to get Bayern Munich onto the file, I would be set! Anyone??

I'm lost. I've tried various walkthroughs given in this long thread, but am at a loss. I've got a 256mb memory card and now borrowed a 64mb one off my brother-in-law but have no idea how the full process happens with a datel transfer kit.

I've recently converted to xbox 360 after being a PS2 player of PES, where a max drive was dead easy to transfer option files from PC to max drive to PS2. This, to me, is so complicated due to the array of menus for installing this and that.

If anyone's able to send me a simple step-by-step instruction guide on how to transfer the option file or preferably full patch of PES2009 from this forum on to one of my memory cards via the datel transfer kit and on to my xbox without a wireless router thingy, please please please help!!

After 4 or 5 nights trying this (since the datel kit arrived), the furthest I've got is the hundreds of files in my E: drive "waiting to be written to CD". This is so confusing :unsure:

I apologise for appearing rude, but I'm just so frustrated at having seemingly wasted about £10 (inc P&P) on this datel transfer kit and I'm no better off that fettling kits and team names myself.

One very frustrated PESgamer - so frustrated, I've even bought last year's FIFA to give that a whirl.

Did you download Xport 360 from codejunkies.com, this program alone helps you transfer the files onto your Memory Card. Not to sound rude, but many people have posted step-by-step instructions in this thread, just look through it. Other than that I hope you get it working, because I can understand your frustration, just let us know and good luck.

First thing I would like to say is fair play this is a great option file and a dream for any xbox 360 owner with pro evo.
Just a quick question I just selected Wales and I have noticed that it seems that the update seems to have changed some of the Welsh players names but not all of them - Did I do something wrong or is that how it is?
I copied all the content onto the xbox hdd using the official data cable and Xplorer 360 - thethe Welsh kit and logo are correct and some of the players e.g Eastwood, Hennessey, Ledley but then I still have Belasie instead of Bellamy and Cattison instead of Gabiddon, any suggestions guys??

I know how you feel. I went through the same process and experience as yourself. Do not use the crap software that came with the kit. Use the latest version of xport 360 as it includes updated drivers (USB) that you need. If you have an old version of xport 360, delete and reload the new one. When you plug in the dongle, ur comp should identify it as being a new piece of hardware being attached. If all is good,the xport software will id the card as soon as it is connected to the dongle. Their is a decent guide buried in this long thread so u will have to hunt for it abit. My problem was indeed a bad card that despite being able to use on the 360 (and properly so), would not be read by the xport software or the dongle. That was never a thought for some of the guys who tell you to try and find a solution buried in here. Start with the basics and make sure u have a good card and progress from there. PS: you do not require a wireles setup to get this file going.

I too have noticed many duplicate players.. its stupid..

also to make it worse.. sometimes there different so I dont know which one is the one to remove..

I didnt realise the konami update messed up so many things.. I just went straight to work on V2..

please let me know of more things like this and also of any duplicates..

Please note i dont get much chance to actually play the game let alone check all the teams.. lol

im actually going through the transfers league by league and thats when I notice the duplicate players in some teams..
