Try going to the left on the main menu and choose "Data Pack Update".

It's down all day, still is I thought I was blocked for a minute. I think they were anticipating a shit load of complaints about Konami and decided to wait a day or two to defuse the anger.

What a freaking joke. I thought EA were the ones who were the bandits, but at least they are putting in the effort to offer a complete game with updated rosters etc.

Konami is a joke, they still use their crappy outdated presentation, couldn't deliver on the release date and promised to fix the bugs and outdated rosters multiple weeks after the release and now they even failed to keep their promise on something simple like updating the rosters? Such a disgrace, taking our money and pissing on all of us afterwards.

I couldn't wait to download the data pack and now I can't wait to sell PES 2016 to the highest bidder. I bought FIFA a couple of hours ago and I'm just going to move onto playing that game. At least EA is putting in some effort.

Dam, I got fooled by Konami with the gameplay demo and all the hype with the improvement of the game from Pes15 so I stayed loyal and pre-purchased. Not gonna lie, Ill probably will get Pes17 because I love football and can't stand FIFA gameplay. But Ill wait for super low sales. Its better than having the game at full price and not playing it intentionally like I did now.
Shame on you Konami.

Even if the datapack of PES is corrupted, that don't really change my opinion about Fifa 16 version 1.02 gameplay talk. It's a total mess too, even if they have updated roster... Since Ignite, Fifa's became really weird.

I still prefer PES 2016 gameplay in all way this year, even if it's really perfectible, it wasn't the case before.
Fifa 08 to Fifa 13 (10-11 my favorite), then PES 2014 equal Fifa 14, but only because the first "fox engine PES" was too poor in terms of game mode and all other stuff, looked like a beta but the basis was truly, really good and refreshing.

I see PES production divised in two:
-Guys who makes the gameplay/player ID/all the in-game stuff
-... The others

I'm finding this year's FIFA to be the best that they have produced, it reminds me in many ways of PES 5, but with 360º (instead of 8-way) and manual passing etc.

This is the first year where I feel that FIFA plays more like a simulation, those who prefer 'fast 'n' furious' play don't like it. I don't see why FIFA is 'weird.'

It would be great if konami got their act together next year- I don't hold out much hope...

So is it safe to say I should create the Bundesliga after the updated Data Pack? But wait... when Konami releases a 2nd update... does this mean I will lose all my editing and the creation of all the teams of the Bundelisga?

Depends, only players you created will be affected, so you will have to base copy them so that you won't lose them after the update, but again you will also have to use transfers to bring back the free agent players to the teams.
