The new data pack 2.3 will be available on February 9th next Thursday, here is the content announced at the moment:

* Added 100 new faces (some pictures below) - available on all consoles
* Added new legends - available on all consoles? (to confirm)
* 8 kits classics for the Borussia Dortmund from 1972 to 2012 - available on all consoles
* New billboards on the ground - available on all consoles? (to confirm)
* Addition of the new Adidas ball to be used in the final of the CL - available on all consoles
* Addition of shoes (Nike, Adidas and Puma) - available on all consoles

* The myclub mode will be accessible in the free-to-play edition PES 2017 Trial Edition - available on all consoles

I've downloaded the Data Pack and none of the January transfers are done! Have Konami not bothered to update transfers and rosters or is it because I already have edited data? I really need transfers now not in a month or so. Its unplayable at the moment as its out of date.

you must use live update in the main menu to get the transfers for offline gaming. better wait till next thursday, than all the winter transfers are made.

thanks. Ive searched for ages trying to find that answer as Konami like to shy away from questions over social media. Its really unacceptable that its taken them so long to do the transfers. They're never going to get the market share over Fifa with such sloppiness. Is there no phrase in Japan for "strike while the irons hot"

the other possibility is doing transfers manually,you´ve a button in Edit menu for this.
with this method you don´t loose your edit data,f.e. Bundesliga.

all winter transfers are up to date. use friendly match with live update's on and you'll see. If you want the transfers for offline gaming you need to make Live Update in PES main menu.
