data wont sync with cloud when game starts

i cleared all my local saved games. now when i start pes15 it wont sync with cloud takes forever to go about4% then says cant sync try later ive tried other games and they synced in a flash. cant see anything online regarding this or any help to rectify can anyone offer any suggestions please

PES 2015 is pretty much on its way out, but perhaps there's no response because nobody knows the answer? I did a quick google search and the first thing that came up was your thread, which says a lot. Have you tried contacting the Konami support team?

all i get is knoowledge base and a load of other rubbish no physical; link to speak/email someone

finally found a link to email questions, but when i did I got a silly message saying ive already sent an email recently which of course i havnt
