Ok guys it's not too far to release so what better than to get interactive whilst we wait. Here's the deal (just for fun!)
Design your own PES4 front cover
The rules are:
-Doesnt have to be henry on the front.
-Use any football related images or even non football ones if you have a wild/obscure imagination!...(pie and chips anyone?)
-Use any programs ya like, photoshop, paint shop pro etc.
-Add any effects, just basically freestyle it, whatever you want.
-I shall judge each entry
-Post all entries in this thread
-You allowed no more than 2 entries
As with most contests, there is a judging criteria which should be met to the best of your ability. Marks are awarded for:
-Presentation (basically, neatness and quality of the images used)
-Style (marks for how stylish (or not) your cover looks e.g. do the effects work/look good?, does it work as a pes4 cover? etc)
-shop floor (How believable is the cover in real world terms, if you saw it in a game shop, would you buy it?)
so ask yourselves these questions and bare them in mind as you are working on your covers. The marking isn't broken down with individual scores for the mark scheme mentioned above, but are taken into consideration as to how well you met each one. There is one overall winner and 2 runners up (1st 2nd 3rd) and there is also the artistic equivalent of the movie industry's Raspberry award - basically if it's pants, you'll know about it and get an award!! I know it's a tough one, so enter at your own risk...unless you dont mind havin a laugh as I pull out the punches and cast over your covers with a critical eye! Anyways, it's up to you, how seriously you want to take it. ok thats its, away you go!!!
Oh contest ends 10pm UK time next saturday, the 4th of September.
